Pale lemon-gold. Aromas of quince, baked apple, honeyed lemon and subtle lanolin notes. On the palate: lush yet balanced, with white stone fruit, citrus peel and honeyed nuance riding lively minerality and bright acidity. The finish is long, layered and gently sweet.
