2022 MountAdam Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep crimson with bramble-edged blackberry, blackcurrant and black cherry. Hints of brown spice, violet, briar, licorice, cedar, sage and vanilla bean add complexity. On the palate, the fruit is dense yet elevated, with a distinct High Eden mineral lift and fine “granite-dust” tannins grounding the finish.
