Pale lime-gold. Intense aromas of Tahitian lime, feijoa, white blossom, mint and hints of honeydew and curry leaf. The palate is electric with lemon-lime, lemongrass and river-stone minerality, underpinned by taut natural acidity and superb clarity. Finish is pristine and sustained.
