2023 Penfolds Bin 51 Riesling

Extremely pale with lime-green hues. Aromas leap from the glass — lime zest, lemon blossom, jonquil and white flowers, with hints of exotic fruits. The palate is electric and precise: citrus (lime, lemon), feijoa and persimmon, underpinned by steely mineral drive and rinsing wet-stone finish.
