Pale straw-green; lifted aromas of lemon blossom, kaffir lime and mandarin zest. The palate is intensely focused — lemon peel, poached pear and exotic spice coursing along a mineral backbone. Textural lees influence adds flesh and depth, framing a taut, persistent finish with excellent longevity (peak to 2038+).
