2023 Seppelt Drumborg Vineyard Riesling

Very pale straw with green hues. The nose offers lifted lemon blossom, pear and mandarin zest, with hints of kaffir lime and bath salts. On the palate: a textural, mineral mouthfeel gives weight to a backbone of vivid acidity. Fruits such as lemon peel, poached pear and exotic spice thread through the mid-palate. The vintage is built for ageing.
