2024 Best's Foudre Ferment Riesling

Pale straw with green-tinged highlights. Aromas of lime zest, green apple skin, wet slate and soft floral notes. On the palate: bright citrus (lemon, preserved lemon) layered with white peach and pear, underpinned by a finely textured minerality. Wild ferment in large oak foudre gives gentle complexity without overt oak. Vibrant acidity drives a long, fresh finish.
