From vines planted in 1968, this Riesling opens with lime cordial, kaffir lime leaf, and white florals, layered with crushed quartz and hints of fennel. The palate is crisp and dry, with vivid citrus brightness, delicate minerality, and a steely acid line carrying to a clean, refreshing finish.
